What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) may store your cookie choice on this site.
How we use cookies
Cloud Optima uses essential cookies and storage required for basic operation (including remembering whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies). Analytics cookies load only if you choose Accept on the consent banner. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to engagements information, forms, or other site content.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| cloudoptima_cookie_consent | Stores your Accept or Reject choice for optional cookies | Until cleared (localStorage) | Cloud Optima |
| _co_session | Essential session continuity for form error recovery on the same visit | Session | Cloud Optima |
| _co_analytics | Optional aggregated visit counts for page improvement (set only after Accept) | 6 months | Cloud Optima |
Managing and disabling cookies
Use the banner choices on first visit. To change a stored choice, clear site data for cloudoptima.digital in your browser, then reload the page to see the banner again. You can also block cookies entirely in browser settings; essential site features remain available, though preference memory will reset.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP address to Google. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. If we add an analytics vendor later, this table will be updated before those cookies are offered.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics only means we collect fewer aggregate statistics. Disabling all cookies/localStorage may cause the consent banner to reappear and prevent storage of your preference.
